Belleview Station

Belleview Station is a dynamic 51-acre transit-oriented development located near a light rail station. This master planned town center meshes together office space, high end retail, residential units and two hotels. Arthouse partnered with Front Range Development to create the brand & signage designs and they in turn entrusted ADCON signs with the fabrication and installation. To reflect the upscale feel of Belleview Station, high quality materials such as chocolate colored cast concrete sign bases were paired with powder coated faux wood grain sign components, the illumination is subtle and tasteful via edge lit LED letters.
